Hello all! I wrote this yesterday, a little full moon check in. Maybe something will resonate with you. See it as an invitation to drop in even (and especially) when life gets busy or you feel resistance towards it. Clarity comes when we allow our inner world to soften.
With love,

These times feel tumultuous, internally and externally.
Many days my emotional realm feels like a firework display with sparks of colour jumping out in every direction. Still, as I consciously regulate my nervous system and begin to soften, I can trust that the fireworks will follow suit. What remains is a reflection of light on my body of water. I see the colours of the fireworks floating, swirling and a dance is formed for me to witness.
I used to think that to feel what I was feeling meant to bring force into action. That tumultuous was linked with disruption and effort. What I am exploring at this time is how I can allow these feelings to flow through me from a place of rootedness. How, as life impregnates my being with a multitude of feelings, I can create the most loving womb space for them to grow and transform.
When I observe trees blowing in the wind, I imagine that they feel like they are flying. As branches sway and leaves are rustled, liberty moves through the air. At the same time, their roots connect deeply into the Earth, and with each other. They peacefully approach freedom with foundations that are strong and dependable. What will the trees teach me about strength, humility and the changing of seasons?
While I move through this death/rebirth cycle and the winds of change bring tremors to the foundations on which I stand, I come home to the clarity of my intentions. I look back on the colours that painted that which escapes me and continue to create space for all those that will illustrate the times to come.
So that I can be receptive as spaciousness becomes harmony and movement.
To be the vessel for that which is becoming. ☽◯☾
